From meeting as Managers at the Marriott Corporation in 1977 to building decades of experience in culinary arts, nutrition, and business leadership, their story is one of creativity, collaboration, and dedication. David’s expertise spans from his early days as a Flambé Chef to a successful career in food distribution and management consulting, while Kathy’s background as a Registered Dietitian and healthcare executive brings a unique depth of knowledge in nutrition and hospitality.

Together, they blend artistry, science, and heart—celebrating the joy of cooking and inspiring others to approach food with both skill and passion.
