David’s expertise spans from his early days as a Flambé Chef to a successful career in food distribution and management consulting, while Kathy’s background as a Registered Dietitian and healthcare executive brings a unique depth of knowledge in nutrition and hospitality.
Together, they blend artistry, science, and heart—celebrating the joy of cooking and inspiring others to approach food with both skill and passion.
